Cleanliness of the double room deluxe (especially bathroom) No real shower, impossible for older people to get in there, everything calcified, dirty sink and tiles, by deluxe I mean something else.

I recently stayed at Achat Hotel Frankfurt in Maintal for a weekend getaway. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with their proficiency in English and German. Free parking was a bonus for me, as I had rented a car. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection and the coffee was surprisingly excellent. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would return if I am in the Frankfurt area again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Frankfurt area and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was great and easy to find. The rooms were as expected - good and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of choices available and the quality of the food. The coffee, in particular, was superb, which is uncommon in Germany. The staff at the hotel were also excellent. They were all helpful, kind, and proficient in both English and German. I especially appreciated the professionalism of the front desk clerk and the bartender, who took the time to have a nice chat with me about the history of his home country.

Swiming pool is opened from 9AM what makes it impossible to use in the morning before you leave.

Hotel is very far from city and staff is very bad in talking to their guest; facilities are very bad

Being a non-German traveler commuting to city over the weekend was difficult, hotel staff should be proactive in sharing local specific information to foreign guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location in a residential area outside Frankfurt was perfect for us as it provided a sheltered area away from the winter weather in the Frankfurt area. The service at this place was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were top-notch. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services available on-site. The hotel even provided pet amenities, which was a pleasant surprise. The tours and ticket assistance were helpful in exploring the area. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace added an extra touch of luxury. The television and am/fm alarm clock were convenient features, and the flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels provided entertainment. The carpeted floor added a cozy feel to the room. The dining restaurant offered delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. The snack bar and packed lunches were convenient options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which were perfect for relaxation. website say 5min walk to the train station , i would say 20min run to the trian staion . every miss leading . hotel staff not all is ok ony certain . location is the worst i can say its in the middle or no where no shops no place to go .

Stuff, room and spa was good

Breakfast mainly meat and cheese, there wasn't vegetables and salads
